Every Dear Milestone gift is made to order, and engraved pieces are personalized for you, so we handle returns differently from a shelf-stocked shop. Here is what we can do in each situation.
Damaged on arrival
If your gift arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement of the same item at no cost to you.
Manufacturing defect
If the card is misprinted or the cuff has a flaw in the metal, finish, or engraving that is our production partner’s fault, send a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect engraving
If the engraving does not match the letters you entered at checkout, we will replace the cuff. If the engraving matches what was entered, we are unable to replace it, so please check the letters carefully before ordering. We engrave exactly what you type.
Materially incorrect item
If you receive the wrong product or presentation (for example, a standard box when you ordered Premium Presentation), contact us and we will make it right with the correct item.
Change of mind
Because each card is printed and each cuff is engraved after you order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or unwanted gifts.
Personalized items
Engraved cuffs are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Replacement is our remedy for problems we or our production partners caused; refunds are not offered for personalized items except where required by law.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows your order is delayed or has not arrived within the typical times on our Shipping & Delivery page, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please double-check the delivery address at checkout; we cannot replace items delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
