How long it takes
Because each piece is made after you order, there are two steps: preparing and shipping.
- A Thoughtful Note (printed card): typically prepared in 2–5 business days before shipping, then about 3–4 business days in transit.
- Something to Keep and Something to Keep — Premium Presentation (engraved cuff): typically prepared in 3–5 business days before shipping, then about 2–5 business days in transit.
These are typical preparation and transit times, not guarantees. Planning for an important date? Order early.
One gift per shipment
Our card and our cuffs are prepared by different production partners. If you order more than one type of gift, the items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
