Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Standard US shipping is included in listed gift prices; applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout. Orders are made to order after payment and processed by our fulfillment partners. An order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation.
Review the item, personalization, and complete shipping address before paying. Our current cuff accepts up to three initials (A–Z) inside the bracelet. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Contact us promptly if you need help.
Delivery and order problems
See our Shipping & Delivery policy for preparation and transit estimates. Arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout. Different products may arrive separately.
Our Returns, Replacements & Delivery Issues policy explains how to report an order problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Free tools and your message
Message ideas are free to copy and adapt for your own card, text, or email. Dear Milestone does not send those messages on your behalf. Our printed card is blank inside; send it to yourself if you want to handwrite a message before gifting it.
The milestone calculator is a convenience tool, not medical advice. Check important dates and calendar settings yourself. Do not include sobriety dates, medical details, or other sensitive personal information in order notes, engraving, or support messages.
