Shipping & delivery
Ships within the United States only; shipping is included in the price. Each card is printed to order and typically prepared in 2–5 business days before shipping, then about 3–4 business days in transit. These are typical times, not guarantees. What you receive
Includes one 4″ × 6″ printed card and envelope. The interior is blank for your own handwritten message. Dear Milestone does not write or mail a personal note for you; the card is shipped to the address you choose so you can write and give it.
Returns & replacements
If your card arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, reach out through the Contact page with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement. Because each card is printed to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. See Returns, Replacements & Delivery Issues.
How your message is used
Dear Milestone does not send messages for you. Use our free message ideas to write your own note, or write the card in your own words when it arrives. We never ask for anyone's sobriety date or recovery details.
Privacy
We only use your order details to make and ship your gift. Nothing about the recipient is shared with our production partners beyond the initials or short text you choose to engrave and the delivery address. See our Privacy Policy.
